Our body jewellery returns policy is designed to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of body jewellery and the risk of contamination, we are unable to accept returns on any body jewellery items. All sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided under any circumstances.

Once payment is processed and an order is completed, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled. The customer is fully responsible for carefully reviewing their order prior to finalizing the purchase, as what is received is what will be kept, without exception.
